Food is a core Kingshot resource used for troop training, early building progress, and recurring growth tasks.
Planning notes
Keep Food flexible until you confirm the next troop batch or building upgrade. Beginners should avoid opening every Food pack immediately because exposed resources can be spent impulsively or become harder to protect.
