Alliance Championship
One of the most frequent events! It encourages participation, strategy between the alliance members/leaders and features competitive ranking and rewards! It is a regular event and occurs every single week! In fact, it stars on a Monday at 00:00 UTC and ends on the following Monday 00:00 UTC! There are 5 phases; The Sign-up Phase The Matchmaking Phase The Preparation Phase The Battle Phase The Completion Phase From Monday 00:00 UTC to Wednesday 23:00 UTC, all members in your alliance that are at least Town Center Level 10 may sign up a march for a lane. There are three lanes, each with a capacity of 20 players (for a total of 60). You will notice a score value after registring, this is your combat score, and your order of fighting within a lane depends on that score (largest score fights last). Note: Registration takes a “snapshot” of your current march and all related buffs. Therefore, if you for instance registered when your pets are active, even after the pets expire, the alliance championship registration will “remember” those pet buffs, but they would be lost if you “update” your team later. You need a minimum of 10 participants in order to be able to enter the matchmaking phase succesfully. The matchmaking phase starts on Wednesday 23:00 UTC and finishes on Thursday 00:00 UTC. In this time, no changes can be made to the registration or lanes, and you will be matched against 5 other alliances in/near your ranking bracket. There is an 11-hour prep window right before each round, and you have up to 5 rounds of battling. This is the window where your alliance leaders (R5 and R4s) organize your fighters. Except for the very first round (which is totally blind), your leadership can look at how the enemy arranged their three lanes in the previous round, along with their power levels. Leaders use this intel to position your alliance’s players across the lanes to counter the enemy. Just keep in mind that you are looking at their old data—if the enemy shuffles their players around for the current round, you won’t know until the battle actually starts. Strategy Advice: To take the win for a round, you have to conquer either two or three lanes. Aiming for a 2-1 victory is your safest and best bet. A good strategy for this tactic would be to focus your firepower on two lanes, fitting your 40 strongest members in them and discarding “1 lane”. You risk earning less points from each round potentially affecting your final ranking if the enemy manages to sweep all 3 flags each round, but it is the best strategy considering a full sweep is rarely possible. The combat is broken down into 5 separate rounds, with each round lasting exactly 1 hour. The entire event officially wraps up on Saturday at 12:00 UTC. The Rundown: This is where the actual fighting happens! In each round, your alliance goes head-to-head against one of the other five alliances in your matchmaking bracket. Important Battle Mechanics: Totally Hands-Free: Whether you are a brand new R1 or the R5, nobody needs to be online or clicking buttons during this phase. The battles play out automatically based on the setup from the Preparation Phase. EventeventsAlliance Mobilization
Alliance Mobilization is a recurring collaborative event that gives you rewards for doing what you are already doing everyday. It also can work as a good guide on how to grow your power. We have an amazing alliance that provides tons of new resources everyday. Here are a few strategies to make the most out of the resources you already have. The whole alliance has missions we share for a set amount of points or you have two exclusive missions that only you can control. These exclusive missions can be refreshed as many times as you want for a cool down cost. These missions have a potential modifier from 120% to %200 extra points. These are the key to setting up what missions you need throughout the day and for getting extra points per attempt. You can only do 4 per day before you have to wait for reset. You have three categories of types of missions. a.Missions that spend resources. b.Missions that gain resources. c. And missions that cost money. It helps to flip back and forth between these spend and gain missions to balance your storage. If you really don’t want to be bothered to fully maximize your potential points stop right here. At minimum you can easily get all the free missions done by checking what is available right before you do your normal everyday tasks. This will net you the minimum set by our alliance leaders easily. Note: As of 03.04.2026, there are now Custom Mission Vouchers While the base rewards continue to differ based on alliance mobilization ranking, 2x Custom Mission Vouchers will always be found in the Alliance Monuments (dependent on Personal Points). Therefore, every AM event you can earn 2 free Custom Mission Vouchers, with the option of buying 4x Custom Mission Vouchers every day with a 1,000 Kingdom Coins Mobilization Booster Pack. Custom Mission Voucher They only work with the exclusive missions, and do not affect the previous rules; 3x 120% exclusive mission, 1x 200% exclusive mission. The first Custom Mission Voucher you use will allow you to choose a 200% mission (granted that one has not been done/is not available). All other tickets will be 120% (up to 3 times). This allows greater flexibility with personal missions, and a less “chance” based AM event!

Bear Hunt
The BEAR TRAP EVENT is one of the best events. This event is held every two days, meaning it has a cooldown equivalent to two daily in-game resets. For example, if you participate today, you can participate again two days later. This event has two traps. If you have already participated in Bear Trap 1, you cannot participate in Bear Trap 2. You can participate in the second trap two days after Bear Trap 1. The purpose of having two traps is to simplify participation time management so that all members can participate at different times according to their convenient hours. Preparation Stage: Use Explosive Arrowheads to upgrade the Pitfall to Level 5. This provides a +25% Attack boost for the entire alliance. Alliance members should position their cities close to the Bear Hunt trap, interlocking borders tightly to avoid gaps, enabling faster troop deployment and more hits during the event. (This usually applies to late-end game, as in the early stages alliance members jumping between different alliances can make it messy.) Playing this event is quite easy. To maximize damage, you must use the right hero. Here I will provide a list of heroes used to open rallies and join rallies from generation 1 to generation 5 heroes:

Buccaneer Bounty
A free to play’s best friend, and great source for widgets or skins! Depending on your generation and TC level, it can also become a source for other resources such Truegold or Pet Materials It is a semi-regular event, and will on occasion coincide a week/up to two weeks after a new generation release. The event can be roughly estimated between every 4-6 weeks, depending on other ongoing events. It will last for 7 days, and comes with 3 distinct parallel components; Harbor drill <- Source of Corsair Keys Buccaneer Bounty <- Central attraction, where you can open treasure chests using Corsair Keys for prizes Emporium of Enigma <- “The store” of the event, where you can redeem Pearls of Enigma (the shop lasts 1 day longer than the other events, in order to give you time to redeem the pearls) This part of the event is the source for Corsair Keys, a critical resource for this event. You can complete daily missions that unlocks Keys, as well as progress down a Milestone and unlock additional rewards/keys. Note: You can buy a [499 kingdom coins] pack that doubles your rewards from daily missions! Considering the rarity of widgets and skins, it is found to be a commonly purchased pack. Each individual chest, regardless of type requires 60 keys to open. You can refresh 3x a day for free, after which it will cost 90x corsair keys to refresh. Note: The daily refreshes do not stack, you will always start the day with max. 3 Refreshes, so use them while you can! There are 3 rarities, each with their own probabilities for what treasure can be found in them, and their own probability of appearing; Splendid (Red/Gold) Chests are the best, and should be aimed for. (Note: Once you hit Truegold age, Truegold can become a treasure found directly in chests!) There are additional milestone rewards for the number of chests opened. Since Corsair keys can be preserved between different Buccaneer Events, whereas Pearls cannot, it is possible to target certain milestones such as the 20 chest mark for additional rewards. Here the found Pearls can be used to exchange for various rewards, highlights being Widgets, and a daily refreshing 5xHammer. Depending on the generation, or truegold age, you can exchange for Truegold and Pet Materials Chests. The widgets available will always only be for the current generation!

Castle Battle
Castle Battle is one of the most important recurring events in Kingshot, testing both offensive coordination and defensive endurance. The first Castle Battle in a new kingdom takes place within the first 54 days. After that, the event occurs biweekly on Saturday. There are two main formats: Standard Castle Battle (within a single server) Kingdom of Power Castle Battle, which is tied to the Kingdom of Power event The goal of Castle Battle is straightforward: attack the Castle and hold control for as long as possible. An alliance can win in one of two ways: Maintain continuous control of the Castle for 3 hours, or Have the highest total occupation time by the end of the 6-hour event Winning Castle Battle comes with major benefits. The victorious alliance earns the right to appoint the Kingdom’s King, granting access to powerful kingdom wide buffs and valuable rewards for all alliance members. Even if your alliance does not capture the Castle, participation is still highly worthwhile. Castle Battle provides a consistent source of Charm materials and other valuable resources that support long-term progression and upgrades.

Cesares Fury
Cesares Fury is a recurring monthly challenge in Kingshot where players must track down and eliminate NPC enemies known as Cesares Rebels. This event allows for both individual progression and alliance-wide cooperation to earn various rewards. To participate, players must first select a challenge level. The event features five distinct tiers: Easy, Normal, Hard, Nightmare, and Insane. Every player begins their journey on the Easy setting. Successfully clearing all 50 levels of a specific difficulty unlocks the next tier for the following month’s event. Depending on the generation, new Paths will unlock such as Legend’s Initiation (not progression based, but generation based!) As you advance through the tiers, the Rebels become significantly more powerful. While lower difficulties can often be handled alone, the higher settings frequently necessitate assistance from your alliance. Engaging in the event requires a significant investment of Stamina. To begin, you must spend 15 Stamina to locate a Rebel through the event interface. Once found, a solo attack costs an additional 10 Stamina (8 with Diana! Highly recommended). The event consists of 50 consecutive levels. Each victory allows you to search for the next, slightly stronger Rebel. Notable difficulty spikes occur at every 10th level (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50), where the enemy’s power increases dramatically. After defeating the final level 50 Rebel, your rewards will be delivered via in-game mail once the event concludes. When you encounter a Rebel on the map, you are presented with three primary methods of engagement: Attack: A standard solo march using your own troops and heroes. Rally: A cooperative strike where alliance members join forces to take down a single target. This is the preferred method for overcoming the power spikes at milestone levels. Note: You can only earn rewards up to 7x a day (Cesares Aid Chest), further helping rallies will not reward additional incentives Request Help: This option allows alliance members to defeat the Rebel on your behalf. This is particularly useful for bypassing difficult levels without spending your own combat stamina. Utilizing the Request Help feature requires a special item called a [Cesares Accord]. Players are granted 5 of these items per event cycle, and can earn up to 5 more by helping other players. It is highly recommended to save these for the difficult milestone levels (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50). Beyond individual rebels, the event features Cesares Captains. These are massive boss encounters that require a coordinated effort from the entire alliance to defeat, as well as to unlock. Captains are not available immediately. They must be unlocked by an R4 or R5 alliance member once the collective alliance has defeated a specific number of standard Rebels. Progress toward these requirements can be monitored in the Alliance tab within the event menu. Each boss level requirement is attached at the end To defeat a Captain, alliance members must launch multiple attacks to deplete its health bar. To be eligible for the rewards sent at the end of the event, you must land at least one hit on the Captain. Even 0.0% amount of damage qualifies you for the loot.

Desert Trial
Desert Trial may seem to only feature an Epic Rank Hero, but do not disregard her importance for the rest of the game! This bi-weekly event is your best friend until gen4, where it gets replaced by Champion’s Way During this 3 day event, you can acquire [Clawshards] and [Challenger Pouches] from hunting beasts. Using these Clawshards is how you complete the mission of this event, to Hunt 10 Dreadwolves [Note: You have to Initiate 10 Rallies, joining will not suffice for this mission] After hunting 10 Dreadwolves, you will be awarded 10 Diana Shards. Diana is the Featured Hero, and offers the following utility skills; Reduced Stamina usage for hunting and starting rallies Increased Marching Speed for hunting and rallies You will also receive Diana shards and additional rewards for initiating a rally against a dreadwolf, as well as a chance for diana shards and other rewards when joining a dreadwolf rally. Clawshards: You can exchange them for Challenger pouches on the event page when you have her 5 Star, but since the event only exists until Gen4, I would advise to keep them! They can be used to 5 star Diana, and then continually used (when you have excess stamina) to hunt for more shards outside the event for Champagne Tickets! (up to 500 Diana Shards can be redeemed per event). Challenger Pouch: Can contain the following: – 20% for 100 gems – 50% for 10–30 gems – 15% for 1 Governor Stamina – 100% for 5–10m General Speedup – 100% for 1,000 Hero XP

Eternity’s Reach
Eternity Reach is a bi-weekly event and always happens on a Tuesday. Eternity’s Reach is a timed, individual competitive event lasting 30 minutes. You’ll be matched into a battlefield with roughly 100 other players based on match history and time slot chosen (as well as server age, if you don’t have access to tg8/gen4, neither will they). To participate in this event you need to register through the event time and pick one of the timeslots at least 15minutes before the battlefield opens. Timeslots available: ● 2:00 UTC ● 5:00 UTC ● 11:00 UTC ● 14:00 UTC ● 16:00 UTC ● 18:00 UTC ● 21:00 UTC If you missed your registration time, you can still register again for a later available timeslot. [PRO TIP: If you’re late or missed your time slot, DO NOT JOIN, you can always apply/join a later time slot despite missing the one you registered for!]. Because speed is king, preparation is everything—make sure your march slots are unlocked, you know the tech path by heart and have all boosts activated. The map is covered in cesars, resource veins, and a high-value center. Over the 30 minutes, there will be 2 rounds of fracture stages. Cesare’s Soldiers: These are your bread and butter. Hunting them grants instant copper ore and experience to unlock event skills. Never let your marches sit idle—if they aren’t on a vein, they should be hunting. Focus them early to unlock the skills! (Lv.2 give more exp than Lv.1) Copper Veins (Lvl 1-3): Slow and steady stream of points, optimize it with skills/gathering buff, also note: Each tier of vein is doubled of the other -> Double the total points available, double the gathering speed (means level 3 will be 4x better than level 1 vein) Fractured Veins: These are temporary hotspots that spawn periodically. They provide massive ore spikes. When the alert pops, drop everything and swarm them! They are 4000 points each, with a gathering speed of 200/s Peak of Eternity (The Center): The highest source of passive points. However, it is a whale magnet. Unless you are the strongest in the lobby, or have plenty of speedups, the center is often highly contested. If you are able to occupy it, and remain on the top 10 of occupation times, you will get a bonus reward at the end

Fishing Tournament
The Fishing Tournament is a limited-time event where you go fishing to earn rewards and compete with other players. HOW THE FISHING EVENT WORKS (Baits, Charts & Rewards) There are two main ways to fish in this event, and each one uses a different item. Regular Fishing Regular Fishing uses Baits. • One fishing attempt uses 1 Bait • You start with 5 Baits • You get 1 new Bait every 3 hours • You can store up to 10 Baits at a time Ocean Prospector Ocean Prospector uses Treasure Charts instead of Baits. Each attempt uses 1 Treasure Chart You fish in special areas with rarer fish and Ocean Chests Your fishing gear is fully upgraded automatically in this mode Points and Tokens, what’s the difference? When you fish, you earn two kinds of rewards: • Fishing Points help your Guild progress and decide your rank on the leaderboard • Fishing Tokens are spent on upgrading your fishing gear or used for Sunken Treasure Hunts Any Fishing Tokens you don’t use are automatically turned into resources when the event ends (Every 10 unused Tokens become 10,000 resources). YOUR FISHING GEAR, WHAT TO UPGRADE FIRST AND WHY Your fishing gear has three main parts, and upgrading them in the right order makes a big difference. 1️⃣ Line – Reach deeper depths to obtain more valuable catches. 2️⃣ Hook – Catch more catches in one cast, improving score per cast. 3️⃣ Sinker – Lowers the hook safely to a deeper starting depth. Important tip: Fishing gear upgrades reset every season, so don’t wait. Start upgrading as soon as the event begins to get the most value. POWER CAST MULTIPLY YOUR REWARDS Power Cast is a feature that lets you earn much more Points and Tokens at once, instead of fishing slowly one try at a time. You unlock Power Cast after: • Fully upgrading your Fishing Kit • Discovering 50 fish entries in the current season When Power Cast is active: • You choose a multiplier (like 2×, 3×, or 5×) • The game uses more Baits or Treasure Charts in one go • In return, your Points and Tokens are increased by the multiplier To earn even more, you can use Fishing Vouchers together with Power Cast. Vouchers give extra bonus on top of the multiplier, making one fishing attempt very rewarding. Simple example: If one normal catch gives 1000 points, using a 5× Power Cast with 3 Vouchers will give 6500 points in a single attempt.

Flamedragon Tyrant
The survival of the still sleeping Flamedragon Emperor Ixen Tarraszortaz is a closely guarded secret of the Imperial Augury. Ancient texts record a coming day when a new Flamedragon Tyrant will be revealed to the sleeping lord of old to usher in a new draconic age! The alliance leader or R4 members may register their alliance into the Flamedragon Tyrant event. Only a certain number of the highest-ranking alliances in a given zone will be eligible to participate after the sign-up phase (in other words, more alliances may be eligible in zones with more kingdoms; see the Zone Guide for more information). The composition of Kingdoms’ heroes, the Truegold Era, and other relevant information will be used to determine the makeup of each zone to ensure a reasonably balanced playing field. The alliance leader or R4 members of eligible alliances can dispatch members to the battlefield. Members to join an alliance after the sign-up phase are automatically disqualified. Championship predictions will also be available in this phase. Participate in the prediction for a chance to win abundant rewards. During this period, the championship prediction opens, allowing participants to predict the event’s outcome and win rewards based on their guesses. All that remains once eligible alliances have finished dispatching combatants is to await the start of battle. This is also when governors can place predictions and win wonderful prediction prizes! Governors dispatched to the battlefield can finally enter and start fighting. The Palace will become vulnerable to attack 1 hour after the battlefield opens and will remain so for the next 5 hours, awarding a First Occupancy Reward to all members of the first controlling alliance. Note that personal occupation time is not tallied for occupying alliance members except for the rally captain. The Palace is supported by 4 surrounding Aeries, which will also be vulnerable to attack in alternating half-hour periods (30 minutes of vulnerability followed by 30 minutes in protection mode). Alliances to dominate an Aerie longest in each round will be awarded powerful alliance-wide bonuses for 30 minutes. During the battle for the palace, Pyrocrystals and Dragonborn escorts will regularly appear on the battlefield. Gather the Pyrocrystals or defeat the Dragonborn Escorts to earn Alliance Pyrocrystals. Alliance Leaders and R4 can use Alliance Pyrocrystals to deploy powerful Crystal Skills. The governor to dominate the palace the longest at the conclusion of battle shall enjoy the supreme Flamedragon Tyrant title for their zone and associated privileges and rewards for 30 days. (If there are multiple Governors with the longest domination time, the Governor who achieves the duration first will become the Tyrant.) Participating kingdoms shall receive a rearmament bonus at the battle’s conclusion: Healing Speed +500% Healing Costs: -30% The governor who is crowned the Flamedragon Tyrant may host a grand kingdom-wide dragon banquet in the tyrant’s kingdom. During the feast, all governors can give likes to the Flamedragon Tyrant. Each governor can provide 5 likes daily, with each like granting a gift. The governor with the longest palace occupation time (only the rally captain’s time counts) at the end of the battle becomes the FlameDragon Tyrant. Aeries provide valuable buffs to the alliance that controls them, so strategize accordingly to gain an advantage. Determined by the length of personal Capital occupation time with an accompanying ranking reward (mailed after the Flamedragon Capital battle) Supreme Flamedragon Tyrant’s Benefits for the Governor to dominate the palace longest (30 days) He also has a free pack: Exclusive Tyrant Title bonus (stackable with other Title bonuses) Tyrant Exclusive Title: +10% Troop’s Attack, Defense, Lethality, Health / +5,000 Troops Deployment Capacity The Flamedragon Tyrant may grant four titles to governors under state jurisdiction (stackable with other titles). 1. Bloodwyrm Warlord: +20% Troop’s Health / +2,000 Troops Deployment Capacity 2. Wyrmbreath Overlord: +20% Troop’s Lethality / +2.000 Troops Deployment Capacity 3. Dragonscale Guard: +20% Troop’s Defense / +2,000 Troops Deployment Capacity 4. Dragontooth General: +20% Troop’s Attack / +2,000 Troops Deployment Capacity The Tyrant may grant one of a limited number of three Commendation Chest types to governors under state jurisdiction. 1. The Flamedragon Tyrant may host a kingdom-wide banquet once crowned. 2. Each reign may be marked by one such Dragon Banquet, which cannot be cancelled and lasts for 1 hour. 3. A town center Lv. 13 or above is required for governors joining the feast, with 3 dining squads available for dispatch. Tables Rewards: packs: 1. Alliances: all alliances may sign up, but only a certain number of the Zone’s top-ranking alliances will be given enlistment eligibility after the sign-up phase. The number of enlisted alliances in a given zone will be largely determined by the number of kingdoms assigned to the same zone; the more opportunities, the more kingdoms are present. See the Events’ Kingdoms page for more information. Enlisted alliances can assign up to 60 members to participate in the event during the combatant dispatch phase. 2. Individual Governors: Alliances deemed eligible after the sign-up phase can request or be invited to join the battle in the Combatant Dispatch phase. A minimum town center level requirement applies (as determined by zone grouping specifics). The Flamedragon Battlefield was once the site of a mighty kingdom. Governors of all kingdoms have been drawn to its palace in search of wonders enough to crown a new tyrant! The Flamedragon Battlefield is divided into the Magma Sanctum (area within the red line) and the Border Region (area within the yellow line). Cities are randomly placed in the Border Region at the opening of the battlefield. Governors moving to the Magma Sanctum cannot activate Shields (which are removed on entry). Cities defeated in the Crypt will be randomly teleported back to the Border Region. The palace is located in the map’s center and may be occupied after 1 hour. Claimants to the palace must also defeat the Old Guard defenders (personal occupation time only accrues to the rally captain). The longest occupant at the end shall be crowned FlameDragon Tyrant. FDT strategy map 1. R4/5 Alliance members on the battlefield can use Alliance Pyrocrystals to deploy Crystal Skills, granting all members on the battlefield a powerful yet temporary boost. 2. Pyrocrystals can be obtained by gathering pyrocrystal ores and defeating dragonborn escorts. 3. Different crystal skills require different amounts of pyrocrystals. 4. You will need to wait a certain amount of time before using the same crystal skill again; that is, each skill has a cooldown. 5. Crystal Skills can no longer be deployed once the battle for the Palace has ended. Battle Packs: Earning Dragon Essence: Obtain Dragon Essence through missions or by purchasing packs with money. Hall of Governors
The Hall of Governors is a recurring competitive event in Kingshot that takes place during the first and second generations of a kingdom. This multi-day competition challenges players to complete specific objectives to earn points, unlock milestone rewards, and climb a regional leaderboard. The event follows a biweekly cycle, with the first iteration beginning exactly six days after a new state is established. As the kingdom progresses, the featured Hero of the Season and the specific tasks required to earn points will evolve. The first three events focus on the hero Amadeus. While the first event typically occurs in Generation 1, the third event often transitions into Generation 2 depending on the server’s age. During these stages, players must rank in the top 10 on the leaderboard to successfully unlock Amadeus shards. The fourth and fifth iterations shift the focus to Hilde. The competition for this hero is slightly broader, as players ranking within the top 100 point earners can obtain her shards. Each event is divided into daily stages, each focusing on a different aspect of kingdom management. Completing these tasks is the primary way to accumulate points. City Construction: Increasing Power through building upgrades and Research. Hero Development: Using Hero Roulette, ascending heroes with shards, and gathering resources in the wilderness. Troop Training: Recruiting units of various levels, with higher-tier troops providing significantly more points. Beast Slay: Hunting wilderness beasts (levels 1-30) and organizing rallies against Terrors. Governor Gear: Improving gear scores and using Forgehammers or Widgets for exclusive hero equipment. Charm Upgrades: Enhancing Governor Gear Charms to boost overall Power. Speedup Usage: Spending minutes of speedups on construction, research, or training during the final stages of the event.

Hall of Heroes
Heroes will not be forgotten! All previous generations, both shards and widgets, can be found here. For current generations, only one of the three heroes will be available, no current generation widget! Great regular event for any player to improve on your heroes. It is a regular weekly event, starting on a Sunday and ending on Tuesday (it might not start early in a new server, but once it starts it becomes weekly) The main currency in the Hall of Heroes are Mark of Valors. Every generation will feature a unique new type of Mark, limiting that currency to that generation’s shop. This means, you cant save marks for the next generation and the new shop, as marks do not upgrade, but they also will not expire. Consider the screenshot of the latest Hall of Heroes: Here a Hall of Heroes of an account with two types of Marks: As you can see, since the mark never expires, the relevant shop will continue to show until all marks have been used up. You can never lose a mark, but there is little reason to saving them! Additionally, for saving space purposes, hero shards are merged into a chest as you can see, all shards are still available just compressed for the ease of useability of the store. You can buy Marks of Valor with (150) Gems or Packs, with 1 Free Mark every event instance available to be claimed. Note: There is a limit of 100 Mark of Valors with Gems/free claim (ie. you can only buy 99x Marks with gems)

Kingdom of Power
Kingdom of Power (often called KvK, Kingdom vs Kingdom) is the most important event in Kingshot. Why? Because it is the only event where, if you win, you can essentially claim ownership of another kingdom. This event has three stages: Matchmaking, Preparation Phase, and Battle Phase. I will guide you through what works best in each stage. Matchmaking(2 Days) The matchmaking only pairs kingdoms with the same hero generation and based on the total strength of top 100 active players in the kingdoms. Resetting heroes, removing gear, or disbanding troops does not lower matchmaking power. Inactive players are not counted. There is a possibility of not finding a match at all (rare), the game will distribute you “bye bye matchmaking reward” (small and sad reward). As soon as you know the matching result, send at least one player to create a small account in that kingdom to learn about your opponent. Push the account to at least Town Center level 8 so you can view the Arena heroes of the top players. Check the top players mainly through Mystic Trials, as it gives you a more realistic picture of the opponents you need to worry about. This also helps you identify whether the strongest player in your kingdom needs to catch up in level to compete. Preparation(5 Days) It’s a giant hall of governor with twice the leaderboard reward as usual, there is also alliance milestones and leaderboard rewards, you need to save almost everything to score maximum points for that phase. Winning the Preparation Phase is essential to avoid invasion and to protect your reputation as a kingdom. Winning Preparation is also the only chance you get to invade another kingdom and become High King. Being High King not only improves your reputation, but also gives stronger bonuses through castle appointments, boosting your kingdom’s growth for two full weeks. So yes, it is important to win the Preparation Phase. Day 1 – Construction Day! MONDAY Apply to Chief Minister before using items! Day 2 – Research Day! TUESDAY Apply to the Chief Minister before using items! Day 3 – Pet Training Day 4 – THURSDAY Troops day: Apply to Noble Advisor before using items Day 5 and 6 – Give it all! FRIDAY and SATURDAY(until 10:00 UTC) Players should apply for certain roles on specific dates to maximize the value of their item usage. Some castle roles provide time boosts that help players “finish things faster,” Make sure roles start at 23:50 the day before, so you can fit in one extra person. No matter what, you can appoint a maximum of 49 players per day to roles, so prioritize the players with the highest item counts to get the maximum benefit and help the kingdom score points as efficiently as possible. The King also needs to activate specific King Skills during the week to give the kingdom additional bonuses. Since King Skills have cooldown periods, make sure they are not used too close to Preparation Phase week, otherwise you may not be able to activate them when the kingdom needs them most. King Skill Schedule Day 1: Groundworks (Construction buff) and have the players who saved the most apply for Chief Minister Day 2: Fresh Ideas (Research buff) and have players apply for Chief Minister Day 4: Mobilize (Training speed) and have players apply for Noble Advisor. If the position is full, players with fewer items can use the Chief Minister role, which still provides a 10% training bonus. Day 6: Community Healing (healing buff) to help players heal during initiation of battle phase, since it will start during your crown, will help players at least until 12:00 to heal from attacks faster before the castle battle Please note King skills can be SCHEDULED 48 hours in advance To schedule them; Click on the skill to activate, in the button use then -> Toggle the arrows on the top that say use now and will change to Apply -> Select the day you need to activate it and always select 00:00 as start time of the skill.

Kingdom Transfer Event
Kingdom Transfer is an event available in Kingshot. Kingdom transfers allows players to transfer out of their current kingdom into another. The first transfers happened on September 14th, 2025, and becomes available around 30-45 days. The Kingdom Transfer event happens in batches between kingdoms. The transfers are divided into ranges in which certain kingdoms are given the transfer event. For example, the first transfer event had a range of 1-175 which allowed any players within that kingdom to transfer out. Even though there is a large range, it does not mean that a player from kingdom 1 can transfer into kingdom 175. Players can only transfer within a designated ‘Kingdom Group’ within this range. The first transfer event had groupings of: Kingdoms 1 to 25 Kingdoms 26 to 67 Kingdoms 68 to 175 This was the range in which a player within the group was allowed to transfer. There are 2 types of Kingdoms within the transfer groups based on the Kingdom’s power. Leading Kingdoms: Leading Kingdoms are the stronger kingdoms within the transfer group. They can be found with the “Leading” tag within the transfer list. The leading kingdom tag is dependent on the combined transfer score of the top 100 players within said kingdom. Leading Kingdoms, unlike Ordinary Kingdoms, will have a transfer cap of 30 with a 20 Ordinary Transfer Invite Cap and no special transfer passes. Ordinary Kingdoms: Ordinary Kingdoms are the remaining kingdoms within the transfer group. Ordinary Kingdoms are given a total of 55 players with a +3 special invite bonus (for a total of 58 players). Unlike Leading Kingdoms, Ordinary Kingdoms are given “Special Invites” which can be given to players who do not meet the requirements for transferring into the Kingdom. Within each transfer there is going to be Transfer Requirements that players have to fulfil to be able to transfer. In order to transfer, these requirements must be met: No Alliance (Must leave all current alliances) Player Power is equal to or below the maximum power cap (ex. power cap is 125m and a players above 126m cannot transfer until it is 125m exactly or below) Town Center meets the required levels (This can vary between transfer groups). No battles or squads out for deployment (All troops must be within your Town). Fewer than 4 characters within the designated Kingdom Over 25 days since last transfer Meets the Transfer Pass requirements (Dependent on your Kingdom Grouping and Power with a range of 1-50). Low-Spending players & Free to Play are usually below 10 for requirements while whales can take up to 50. Kingdoms must be within the same Generation with similar features unlocked (TG Levels, Hero Gens, etc). The Kingdom Transfer Event has 3 specific phases for the duration of the event. Pre-Transfer Phase (3 days, Sunday – Tuesday) Invitational Phase (2 days, Wednesday & Thursday) Open Transfer Phase (2 days, Friday & Saturday) Pre-Transfer Phase This is where you can appoint and nominate the Transfer Manager. The Transfer Manager can either be the King or a player chosen by the King. If your Kingdom does not have a King (lost castle in KvK), the last king will handle the transfers. The Transfer Manager for the Kingdom can set the Power Cap so that players above said cap cannot join the kingdom. Transfer Chat opens at this point in which you can chat and promote your kingdom to other players within your Kingdom Group. WARNING: The Transfer Chat can be very unhinged so be aware of anything and everything that can be said within that chat. Transfers do not actually open at this phase as it acts as the promotional phase for the Kingdoms. Use this moment to promote your kingdom in Transfer Chat or find others promoting their Kingdoms to attempt and get an invite to join. Invitational Transfer Phase Transfer Managers can send out Invites in this Phase to other players of different Kingdoms. Ordinary Kingdoms are given 35 normal invites + 3 special invites (allows players above the power cap to join). Once the 3 special invites are used, you will only get 1 special invite on the 1st of every month at 00:00 UTC with a maximum of 3. Leading Kingdoms are given 20 normal invites with the 10 remaining open spots available for players in the Open Transfer Phase. Transfer Managers can send out as many invites as they wish but once the Invite Cap has been fulfilled, any remaining Invites sent out that hasn’t been claimed will expire. Even with an invite, you still require Transfer Passes so make sure to stock up on those ahead of time if you wish to transfer out. Note: Once you are accepted into a Kingdom, you will be randomly teleported to a spot somewhere in the Kingdom so make sure you have Advanced Teleports ready. This is the players final chance to transfer out of their Kingdom. Leading Kingdoms have 10 remaining slots available during this phase. Merchant Empire Event
Merchant Empire is an event which happens every month alongside the Alliance Brawl event (unless your kingdom is not qualified for Alliance Brawl in which case it will be its own separate event). The Merchant Empire event usually occurs after the Kingdom of Power event. This event runs for 7 days in which only 6 of those days will allow the user to escort their caravans. During the 7th day you can still attack the enemy caravans albeit for only 4 hours. Your goal during the Merchant Empire event is to successfully “escort” loot caravans to their destination with your march or an assistant march from your alliance. Escorting the caravan during the alliance brawl event give points with the points varying based on the rarity of the caravan chosen up to a maximum of 10,000 points. There are 4 rarities that can be found in each caravan: N (Normal/Green) R(Rare/Blue) SR(Epic/Purple) SSR(Mythic/Golden) Each of the rarities correlates to the type of rewards you are capable of getting from said caravan. Normal/Green Caravans will give items with the normal rarity, Rare caravans can give items up to the blue rarity, Epic with epic rarity items, and Mythic with mythic rarity items. Rewards from each caravans will vary. Items that are available in the caravans are items are items related to governor gear, charms, general hero shards, pet items, resources, etc. You are able to refresh your caravans using the ‘refresh’ button on the top right of the interface. Each caravan is given 1 free refresh and each subsequent refresh will cost 1 caravan voucher. Every 6th refresh is going to guarantee a Mythic/Golden caravan. If you do not have a caravan voucher then you are able to use gems to refresh instead with each subsequent refresh costing a greater amount. Gem cost for refreshes: Refresh 1: 100 gems Refresh 2: 200 gems Refresh 3: 300 gems Refresh 4: 400 gems Refresh 5+: 500 gems You are capable of sending 2 caravans at a time which could be of the same rarities or different rarities. You get a total of 4 caravans per day for a total of 24 caravans for the entire event. The average time it would take to complete its journey would be roughly 3.5 hours. Caravans are able to be looted by other players, up to 50% of the caravans content and points. Each caravan is only able to be hit 2 times before the option to raid the caravan is disabled. These attacks can come from any player who has found the caravan either in game, or finding them through the Merchant Empire “Other’s Caravan” tab. You can check whether the caravan has already been attacked by looking at how many fires are on the caravan (1 for a single raid and 2 for 2 raids). If the Merchant Empire event happens during the Alliance Brawl event, you will be able to see the competing alliance’s tag on top of their caravan to raid. If someone has previously raided your caravan, there will be a clashing swords icon on top of their caravan. In order to keep your caravan safe, you are able to either escort your caravan using your own troops (it will not kill or injure your actual troops) or use the troops of your alliance members. In order to do this, click on the “Assisting Squads” button to choose which march you would like to assist your caravan. The alliance member who escorted your caravan will be given a small reward depending on how damaged the caravan is at the very end. You may also offer your own assistance to your alliance members by clicking the “My Assistance” button in the Merchant Empire tab. You are able to get up to 3 rewards each day based on your assistance. A Caravan’s power is determined by multiple factors such as: Hero level Hero Gears Pet Skills Buffs active Governor Gear Charms The caravan power will update in real time so upgrading your gear will update the power in the caravan.

EventeventsMoonlit Promise – Ramadan Special Event
Moonlit Promise is a special month-long event during Ramadan that features exciting deals and free goodies in a PVE (player vs. environment) setting. To access this event, go to the “Deal” section and then the “Moonlit Promise” page. Radiant Wishes and Crescent Bazaar are two components of this event. Crescent Emblems are the currency of this event when purchasing items from Crescent Bazaar. In Radiant Wishes, you can light up lanterns to obtain “Crescent Emblems.” Crescent Emblems may be obtained by lighting a lantern or receiving up to 20 times from the ally’s blessing. There are eight daily missions, each providing five crescent seekers and various exciting materials, which can be used to enhance your lantern lighting efforts and maximize the number of Crescent Emblems earned during the event. Crescent Seekers can light lanterns, each with a multiplier that grants you Crescent emblems based on that multiplier. When you light a lantern, there’s a chance it will land on one of the multipliers: 1X, 2X, 3X, 5X, or 10X, with probabilities of 60%, 20%, 10%, 6%, and 4%, respectively. Each day, you can light one lantern for free, and any crescent seekers you earn from completing tasks can be used for all the event’s radiant wishes. Once you light 30 lanterns, you’ll receive 1 mythic hero shard, and if you haven’t hit your blessing limit, you can share 2 crescent emblems with your alliance members. The reward limitations for Crescent’s Blessing are reset every day. Please note that, according to the rules, any unused Crescent Emblems and Seekers will be converted to 1K and 10K bread at the end of the event. The rules are shown below: You can use Crescent Emblems at Crescent Bazaar to purchase unique items such as custom mythic and lucky hero gear, governor gear chests, forgehammers, and charm designs and guides. In this shop, you can also buy speed-ups and emotes, which can enhance gameplay by allowing players to progress faster and express themselves in the game.

Mystic Divination
Mystic Divination is a solo event that comes around every 4 weeks and lasts 2 days. At the start, you get to choose a “wish reward”, it will become a card that petra will shuffle with 9 other cards (smaller prices) for a total of 10 cards on the table, once it’s done, you have to choose which card to flip next, the goal is to find the big “wish reward” as fast as possible. Rules -The probability of each card is not 1/10, the better the reward the lower the probability down to 0,5% at the start for the “wish reward”. -To flip the cards you need Fortune Tokens, you get 1 for free per day of event and 22 per day in your daily missions or can buy them with money. -The cost in tokens increases with each card flipped : 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12, 15, 20, 25 for a total of 96 tokens if you flip all 10 cards -After one flip you have the choice to reset/finish the trial, the cost decreases for each card you previously flipped : 15, 14, 13, 10, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1(from 1 to 9 cards flipped) -When you find the “wish reward” you get a free reset and can choose a new wish reward and restart, you could also choose to keep flipping the cards if you found the “wish reward” before the 10 flips, this is not recommended in any case. -Each refresh, the 9 other cards aside from the wish reward are randomly chosen in different “pool price”, some are definitely more rare than another and you should keep an eye on that. -There is a “x2” card guaranteed in each trial, flipping it before the “wish reward” is one of the best case scenario -There are some milestone rewards given at 20, 100, 250 and 750 tokens used, these rewards include some token with speed up, hammers or true gold. -Fortune Tokens remain in your backpack after the end of the event. -The older the server the better the reward (and different : true gold appears)

EventeventsStrongest Governor
The Strongest Governor is a recurring competitive event in Kingshot, where players compete to earn points through various development and combat activities. It is one of the most important progression events in the game, offering valuable rewards including hero shards, resources, and exclusive items. The Strongest Governor event is a 7-day, point-based competition that takes place regularly (typically monthly). Players earn points by completing specific tasks each day, with rankings determined by total accumulated points. Unlike earlier formats, this event includes cross-kingdom competition, allowing players to compete not only within their own kingdom but also against players from other kingdoms. The event is divided into 7 stages (1 per day), each focusing on a different aspect of kingdom development: Day 1: City Construction Day 2: Hero Development Day 3: Skill Upgrades Day 4: Troop Training Day 5: Skill Upgrades (repeat) Day 6: Troop Training (repeat) Day 7: Hero Development + Gathering Each stage includes specific tasks that grant points when completed. Players earn points by performing activities such as: Upgrading buildings Leveling and upgrading heroes Training or promoting troops Using speed-ups Consuming rare resources (e.g., Truegold, Mithril) Points contribute to: Daily rankings (within the kingdom) Overall rankings (total event points) Cross-kingdom rankings Rewards are distributed through multiple systems: These are the rewards you can claim daily: Point Milestone Rewards, Challenge Medal Rewards, and Stage Ranking Rewards. Point Milestone Rewards unlock when you reach certain point targets. There are 5 milestones in total, and each one needs more points than the last. Challenge Medal Rewards can be claimed using Challenge Medals. You can earn up to 2 Challenge Medals each day by doing tasks. Once you collect enough, go to the Challenge Medal Rewards tab to claim rewards based on how many you’ve earned. Stage Ranking Rewards are sent out at the end of each day to the top 1,000 players in your kingdom who scored the most points that day. These rewards include gems and speedups, and how much you get depends on your rank. Total Ranking Rewards are sent at the end of the event. These come in two types: Kingdom Ranking Rewards and Cross-Kingdom Ranking Rewards. To get Kingdom Ranking Rewards, you need to be among the top 1,000 players in your Kingdom based on total points earned over the 7 days. To earn Cross-Kingdom Ranking Rewards, you’ll need to rank in the top 2,000 players across all participating kingdoms. The rewards are much better—like Truegold and exclusive cosmetics, since the competition is tougher. Kingdom Rewards: Kingdom Rewards are given to all players in participating states based on how their state ranks on the points leaderboard. But to qualify, you need to earn at least 250,000 points during the event. Points Milestone Rewards: Challenge Medal Rewards: Cross Kingdom Ranking Rewards:

Swordland Showdown
Swordland Showdown is a bi-weekly event, and always happens on a Sunday. There are 3 stages involved, the voting phase where your members can register their preferred time slots, the sign up phase, alliance members have 2 days to battle request for the legion and its corresponding time slot, or abstain from the legion that they are unable to participate in. While both legions can be set at the same time, it makes sense to split them across 2 different time slots to accommodate more players overall. Legion 1 should be given priority for your strongest/most active players, as the result of legion 1 affects the rewards for all members in the alliance, and since 40 cannot participate, this can be a crucial income for resources. [PRO TIP: there is a limit of 30 participants per legion, the 10 substitutes for each legion can only join if there are people who didn’t show up ie. less than 30 entered. Specifically, after 3 minutes substitutes can take up the missing slots until all 30 spots are used up, so first come first served!] Matchmaking is based on several factors, such as time slot, power level of members and number of members. Your average power strength is based on the 20 strongest applicants, and your “ranking” is determined by this power strength (Supreme, Master, Platinum and Gold). As rewards scale up with higher ranks, strong legions with high power players are recommended! Consecutive winning/losing will also play a role! Always be prepared for a challenge -If you leave the alliance before the end of sign up phase, and the phase ends, you will no longer be able to join the event. If you leave after the sign up phase, but rejoin before the start of the event you can still participate as if you never left. Swordland Map The field consists of 2 spawn areas, structures for points, structures for bonuses, and mines. Spawn Areas: The only time in the game where you cannot be attacked, but can attack, is the safe zone. When you enter the battlefield after the event starts, you will be spawned in your safe zone. You will be unable to attack enemies in their safe zone, whilst being able to be attacked when you are not in your safe zone, leverage this! Point Structures: From highest to lowest, the Swordshrine, Sanctum and then Abbeys are the highest sources of points when controlled. Occupation takes time, and after controlling the structure, you will accrue points over time, both personal and alliance. 50% of the alliance points gained will be shown on the building, these can be stolen. When a building changes control, the 50% points “stored” in the building will be dropped as packages, you want to retrieve these before the enemy does, as they can swing the tide of the game. Likewise, if you see an enemy building with a large stock of points stored up, attacking this building and then picking up the dropped points can propel your alliance/personal score a lot! There are undercellars that are akin to simple gathering, you will gain personal and alliance points from these, and may contest/be contested. In terms of value, they’re not as good but are generally ignored or forgotten, so they’re a safe route for points! A note of warning, while the swordshrine offers the most points per minute in the event, it is initially locked, and is exposed to constant mercenary attacks when controlled. Be prepared to heal/reinforce! Bonus Structures: They provide a lot less points than the other structures, but give additional effects as follows; Bell Tower – Reduces occupation time for controlling buildings, this will help in capturing/recapturing buildings Mercenary – Similar to the mercenary assaults on the Swordshrine, you can launch attacks on a building, coordinate with attackers to capture buildings more easily Reformation – Controlling this will give all your troops a buff! Stables – Reduce free teleport cooldown, critical for maneuvering across the battlefield and collecting points/attacking structures/castles *Once you enter a building, a 3 minute countdown starts for his full control, before that you will not make any points, if you are the first to control the building after 3 minutes then you get first control bonus points, if your alliance controls the bell tower then this “capture time” is reduced by half. Once you control a building, half of the points gathered by it will accumulate on top of the building for everyone to see. Those points belong to your alliance but if an enemy enters the buildings, all those points are removed from your total alliance points and are scattered on the ground for anyone to pick them up ! -There are first control rewards, spreading out and occupying as many buildings as possible is highly incentivized and recommended! Remember that a building is only considered as controlled after the timer finishes! Leverage the Bell Tower for faster occupation -You are awarded free healing speedups as well as march speed boosts over time, use them at will! –A good offense is a good defense. Reinforce each other with appropriate defensive heroes such as Howard, Gordon, Saul, Hilde, etc. Helping your comrades resist attackers and forcing them to use up resources/troops is a great strategy -Don’t be afraid to run! There are always bigger fish in the sea, instead of losing resources/troops to them, teleport away or empty your castle -> If you send all your troops out, and get hit hard enough (ie. your castle’s health burns down to 0), you will return back to spawn. There is no loss/consequence for this! Stay in spawn if you can’t defend against enemy attacks, and join structures/rallies from spawn using speedups!

Tri-Alliance Clash
The Tri-Alliance Clash is a recurring cross-kingdom event that takes place every four weeks. Three alliances are matched together and engage in a structured, multi-phase battlefield competition. Victory is determined by point generation, territory control, and ultimately holding the Temple of Tides. Event Phases Phase 1 – Preparation (3minutes) R4/R5 prepare marks on the map Phase 2 – Seize & Conquer (17 minutes) Early building captures determine long-term stability. Lanes secure their keypoints and early structures. Supporters take their assigned positions behind their Main Player. Central teams capture uncapped neutral buildings. Phase 3 – Garrison Occupation (20 minutes) Garrisons become available and must be secured. Pressure is applied across lanes to prepare for the final rotation. Special Forces disrupt enemy structures and attack their backlines. Phase 4 – Temple Onslaught (20 minutes) The Temple of Tides, worth 1.800 points per minute, becomes the primary objective. Coordinated rotation from all lanes ensures strong positioning. Holding the temple usually determines the winner. Matchmaking Rules 3 alliances face each other in a three-way match. Soldier Power is not considered for matchmaking. Each alliance may register: 30 combatants + 10 substitutes Deployment Rules Each player can field three squads. Viking Vengeance
Event Basic Concept Defend your home from Viking raids and earn rewards such as alliance coins and lord equipment materials. How It Works – The Vikings attack all alliance members over 20 stages. The more stages you successfully defend, the better rewards you receive. – If you fail to defend twice, Vikings will no longer target the failed home. – In stages 7, 14, and 17, only online alliance members are attacked, while stages 10 and 20 target the alliance headquarters. – If both the Wasteland HQ and the Plains HQ exist, Vikings will attack the higher-level “Plains HQ.” Scoring – Points are awarded based on the troops you kill in other members’ homes and the troops killed in your own home by alliance members (or by yourself). – Whether you kill the troops directly or via support, the final score from your home remains the same. – In other words, high scores come from having your home defended by others and you defending other members’ homes.
