It has allowed him to summon crowds at every crossroads, and given endless favors to dispense. Books on Jaeger have even begun to sell well. The Royal Library itself holds several collections of anecdotes told by Jaeger at social occasions, for instance: The complaint of a knight to his wife: "I'm unable to sleep."
